Anaerobic Digester Tank

Anaerobic digester tanks are a valuable tool for the management of organic waste, offering both environmental and economic benefits through the production of renewable energy and fertilizer.

Product Description

What is Anaerobic Digester?

The anaerobic digestion (AD) process occurs in several stages, each of which takes place within the tank. In the first stage, organic waste is introduced into the tank and mixed with water to create a slurry. The slurry is then heated to a temperature that is conducive to the growth and activity of the microorganisms responsible for breaking down the waste.

As the microorganisms consume the organic matter, they produce biogas, which is composed primarily of methane and carbon dioxide. The biogas is captured and can be used as a source of renewable energy, either through combustion or conversion to electricity.

In addition to producing biogas, the anaerobic digestion process also produces a nutrient-rich slurry that can be used as fertilizer. The slurry is removed from the tank and can be spread on agricultural fields, providing a source of nutrients for crops.

Introduction to Anaerobic Digester Tank

An anaerobic digester tank is a specialized type of tank designed for the treatment of organic waste through the process of anaerobic digestion. Anaerobic digestion is a biological process that breaks down organic matter in the absence of oxygen, producing biogas and a nutrient-rich slurry that can be used as fertilizer. You can choose GFS tank or bolted GFS tank for anaerobic digester producing.

The GFS tank is made from a special type of steel that has been coated with a layer of glass, creating a highly durable and corrosion-resistant tank that is well-suited for the harsh and corrosive environments found in anaerobic digestion processes. The tank's unique design allows for efficient mixing and retention of the organic waste, ensuring that the waste is fully broken down by the microorganisms present in the digester.
